About Susannah

Before having children of my own, I worked in an Early On program. Our team consisted of a teacher, a speech pathologist, and me, a social worker. I met with families, diagnosing children with ADD. I would create IEP curricula for these children and connect families with resources. I have 3 children and stayed home with them for 21 years. From 2015 to 2018 I worked at Children's Workshop Preschool for children age 2 years to 5 years. I am passionate about early education. In 2018 I began babysitting for several different families in the Grand Rapids area. Most recently, I was a full time nanny for a family with 3 children: ages 18 months, 4 and 6. I love playing with children, reading, doing arts and crafts and exploring. I also drive a station wagon and am comfortable taking children to and from school and activities.
