I've always had a passion for caring for children. Growing up, I was surrounded by kids thanks to an in-home daycare in my house. As I got older, I babysat for friends and family, and in 2013, after graduating high school, I began nannying professionally. There's no greater reward than watching children grow and learn and being a part of shaping their young minds. I consider myself patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I believe in clear communication with parents and provide daily written reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates via text or phone call. Having 15 years of childcare experience, I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at a time, of any age from infants to school-aged children. My education includes a college degree with coursework in early child development. I am a certified teacher and have completed First Aid and CPR training. I also have experience working with children with special needs

Sydney worked for our family from Nov 2016 to March 2017. She was wonderful with our girls, but quite unreliable with scheduling and notifying us of schedule problems. This often left us scrambling to find childcare or having to take off work because of her unreliability. I would recommend her for babysitting jobs, but not for consistent, scheduled, child care needs.
