I highly recommend Sydney!! Especially as a first time mom, I was very particular about who I would hire to assist with our 3 month old son. It was evident from my first interview with Sydney that she would be great. Sydney is punctual, reliable, and also has a very calming demeanor. Additionally, it is apparent that Sydney truly enjoys taking care of children while also making sure she acts professionally and to a parents needs. Lastly, while staying playful and focused with our son you can tell her activities she does with him are intentionally chosen to be in line with his developmental needs.
