Somewhat flexible with the starting day. I drive and have a reliable car if need it - I'm flexible, quick learner and adapt easily to a new routines. I've worked throughout my 9+ years as a care provider for multiple families, assisting them and their unique needs. The children ages that I've cared for varies from toddles to 10+years old. I'm open to help the families with some other chores beside child care if need it. We hired Tadia last minute when our regular care fell through. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She was prompt. our 2.5 year old daughter took to her immediately and they spent the whole day together. absolutely would work with Tadia again!
