Talita was the nanny for both of my children (when they were ages 1.5-3 and newborn) and still babysits regularly. She is caring, attentive, punctual, fun, professional, and, most importantly, my kids love her. She will always follow the guidance of the primary caregivers but also is able to utilize her good judgment in specific situations. I trust that my kids are safe with Talita, and that they are learning and are getting their needs met.
