About Tamara

My first experience as a nanny began when I was a mere 13-year-old girl. I was paid to look after my 6- and 9-year-old neighbors after school from 3-5:30 every day for a year. I would help them with their homework, prepare snacks, do art projects and play games with them. Ever since then, I have been hired by friends and family members to look after children of all ages. Caring for children is something that I have continued to cherish and find very gratifying, even as I grow older. I absolutely adore children, and I have a very kind and patient heart. Over the summers, I would help my father teach golf lessons to kids while I was in high school. I was in charge of teaching putting to a group of 5-10 children. After putting lessons I would take the kids out on a practice course, where we talked about the importance of honesty, etiquette, patience and fairness.
