About Tamara

Hi there! My name is Tamara. I am currently residing in Encino, CA. I have 9 years of experience in multiple childcare settings. I spent 5 summers nannying a family of 3 children, begining when the youngest was 6 mo. old. I prepared light meals, helped with summer homework, planned activities, and transported them when they attended camp. I worked in the elementary school setting for 5 years, first as a literacy tutor, then as a classroom teacher (2nd & 4th grade) and a classroom interventionist (5th grade). Most recently, I worked with a 1-year-old as a temporary nanny, preparing light meals, completing light housekeeping, engaging in play activities with the child, and reading. I love to encourage curiosity, joy, creativity, and social-emotional learning in my time with the children. I look forward to meeting you and your lovely family! (P. S.
