About Tanniyah

I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, warm, creative I like working with children because I admire their teachability, imagination, and creativity. As an elementary educator I'm always excited to go to work and see my students faces. They never fail to make me smile or teach me something new. I'm seeking a job where I can provide meaningful learning experiences and foster social emotional development for children up to 8yrs old. I started babysitting for family members and friends at 16 years old. I began pursuing my degree in early childhood education at 17 years old. This has provided me with adequate experience with children 1-8 years old in a variety of settings. I currently possess a New York State teaching certification for grades pre-k to 2nd grade. In my spare time, I like to go on nature walks, go to cafes, go to thrift stores, and study my Bible. My skills include adaptability, behavior management, flexibility, organization, cooking, & cleaning.
