I'm a reliable, patient, responsible, punctual , compassionate , hardworking and smiling person. For several years, I've worked just part time as a Wellness coach and Companion/ Caregiver, because my priority was my sons. Now they are young adults and I have time to work full time Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 4pm, while doing what I like, which is to help people. I've been fortunate to work with some wonderful people. I have a lot of knowledge about healthy lifestyle and nutrition. I have experience in checking vitals, administrating medicine, preparing healthy meals and housekeeping.
