Experience: 10 yrs
I have been working with children for well over 13 years. I have 10 1/2 years of nanny/ babysitting/personal assistant experience and 3 years of experience as a Behavior Interventionist, where I worked one-on-one with children who have special needs. Currently I am working in a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic for speech, occupational and physical therapy but am looking for part time work starting in the fall and while I go through graduate school for Speech Pathology. With that said, I absolutely love working with children and believe in keeping them engaged and mentally stimulated. I love doing arts and crafts, playing games, going on adventures to local parks/museums/etc, and reading! I also have a 4-year-old girl who is pretty easy going and very social. :) So I am looking for a family who will be ok with me bringing her along to work with me when her grandmother is not able to watch her.

Tara cared for our busy 3 year old and 6 month old baby for almost a year. She is a wonderful caregiver who loves to teach, create, and help your children develop. She created sensory mats for our kiddos which they loved and did art projects to decorate our playroom. Not only that she went above and beyond acting as a family manager going on grocery runs, organizing the house and just keeping things running. We would have kept her forever but she was blessed with a growing family. Love her so much you're lucky to have a nanny like Tara!
