Tathi was scheduled to come to my home to do a cleaning. She confirmed the original appointment time when we scheduled it. Unfortunately, she was a no show. No response when I tried confirming our appointment and no communication telling me she would not be arriving. I re-arranged my work schedule which is not easy to do and this was very unprofessional. Very poor!
