Hello I am a certified Nursing Assistant and have 8 years of experience in the medical field. Very experienced in what I do and also I love helping other and taking care of people. I have that sweet spot in my heart I take pride in what I do and I am currently in the nursing program at parkland to advance what I love to do. Daily I perform preventative care to residents to manage skin-related conditions such as pressure ulcers. Build long-lasting professional relationships with residents, family members, and team members. Monitor patient stability by checking vital signs and weight, and recording intake information. Administer therapeutic treatments, non-sterile dressings, ice packs and baths. Provide safe bedside care and support to residents in a 200-bed facility. Assist patients with daily activities including eating, dressing, ambulating, etc. Establish a special connection with residents through empathy and relationship building techniques.
