About Taylor

Hello! My name is Taylor and I have around 9 years of experience at YMCA overnight all-girls & co-ed day camps. During my time there I worked with kids ages 2-16 by myself or with other adults when in group settings. My job entailed guidance & activity planning, encouragement of positive behaviors, development of children's physical, emotional & social growth through programming. I also interacted with children throughout the day while monitoring their safety & wellness. I've mediated conflicts, encouraged children to be understanding & patient with others. I had the opportunity to work with a 3-month-old girl and would play and watch her during the day as her parents worked from home/ at an office. Changed diapers, tput him down for naps everyday. I also have experience working at Walt Disney World. More recently I have worked with children on the autism spectrum, and am currently a paraprofessional for students with special needs.
