About Teagan

I recently completed my doctoral degree in School Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and I am now completing my post-doctoral fellowship in Child Psychology at San Diego Center for Children. I have had extensive experience working with children in both educational and in clinical/therapy settings providing assessment and intervention services for children and families. Prior to graduate school, I spent almost every summer for 12 years working as a nanny, and really miss spending time with children and families outside of my work. I have babysat a wide range of children, including twin 8-month-old infants, elementary-aged children, adolescents, and have had experience working with older adults who have autism. I have also assisted with teaching summer school for a few years, and have experience teaching extracurricular activities such as cross-country, arts and crafts, gardening, and cooking!
