About Tessa

I have worked with many different kinds of children, of all different ages. I worked as a para educator in a special needs classroom for two years at an elementary school, and have spent time caring for a baby/toddler with down syndrome. I've worked with people with all kinds of different needs. I worked with grades 3-6 majority of my time, but grades 1-2 as well. I'd take them to mainstream with other kids in their grades, so I got to work with over 100 wonderful kids this way! I nannied for a 6-year-old child for one year before moving to Los Angeles, where I've now been with another family for almost four years. I'm a creative and artistic person who loves to paint, color, play with chalk, sing, do crafts and have fun with the kids!
