About Tess

I started working with kids when I was 8 years old I had 3 little cousins who were 2 years old/3, I loved spending time with them and I learned how to be patient and take care of them for extensive amounts of time. After that I took my first babysitting job when I was 16 in the summer, and took care of 3 kids ages 8, 5, and 3 years old we did various activities. In my spare time, I like to Ski, And spend time with friends My skills include Patience and Flexibility this means I maintain a very calm and patient demeanor that helps create a better and positive environment, I have always been very patient with children because I enjoy being with kids. Another skill that I have is A Understanding/ Empathy, understanding the feeling of children is crucial in building stronger connections. Being understanding helps me connect with their emotions and how they feel on a day- to day basis making it easier to address their needs. I am also very active I love doing active activities.
