I've been babysitting on and off since I was 14 ( I'm able to care for toddlers and up) Being the oldest of three siblings I find it connecting with children comes naturally to me. I find through my own life experience and experience with working with kids that I can help teach children new ways to regulate their emotions through DBT and creative expression.
