Theresa has been with our family for almost 18 months and we absolutely adore her. I knew the transition would be difficult for my toddler. Theresa was so patient and really worked with me, listened to what I thought would go well and added some suggestions from her vast experience. She flows from one toddler to two kiddos to helping me around the house always with a smile and such calm energy. There are days I think she's here for me more than my kids. She isn't just a nanny or babysitter, she truly is a family helper as she just helps to keep everything running smoothly for a work from home mom of two young boys. She is such a gem of a human being.
