About Theresa

Hi! My name is Theresa, and I've worked as a tutor for people of a wide variety of needs and ages (5yo-63yo) and in a wide variety of subjects over the past five years. Finding what learning style fits someone best, adapting to it, and helping them to achieve not only proficiency or excellence in their subject, but also helping them to enjoy learning and retain their knowledge is so rewarding! My students in the past have consistently reported significantly improved grades, increased comfort with subject matter and work, and improved confidence in their learning abilities after working with me. I love that! I love learning and I'm so happy to foster that love of learning in other people. I think that it's so important and worthwhile. I hope to continue the trend that I've had so far, and to increase those positive outcomes for students as much as I can.
