About Theresa

I'm a friendly, patient, compassionate RN with 8 years of experience, all of which has been spent working with elderly patients. I love working with elderly patients, especially memory care, and providing companionship, asking about their families and lives, sharing photos of my daughter, playing their favorite music, engaging them in activities, and promoting dignity and independence. My experience has a case manager gives me a unique perspective on nursing, and I'm very skilled at identifying discrepancies in medications/medical records, assessing patient needs for medical equipment or physicians, and advocating for patients and their families. I'm more than happy to offer guidance, schedule appointments, explain anything medical, and hopefully make things less overwhelming for your family.
