My name is Tierra! I have been a caregiver for several years. I started caring for my great grandmother as a teen & continued working with elderly for group homes, home health, state school, and privately. I have also enjoyed working with kids over the years! I started babysitting as a teenager. As an adult, I nannied an infant and toddler. After graduating college, I became working with juvenile delinquents for the state of Texas. Afterward, I began working with foster children as a house mother & a program specialist. I loved it so much that I stayed in that field for 10 years! More recently, I was the lead teacher at an after-school program for the last 3 years. Previously, I was a substitute teacher for a short time. (I also owned cleaning business & had a rental. I am detailed orientated, I have great organizational skills & will leave your home sparkling!)
