Tia (Tierra) was literally the best nanny we have ever had! Our daughter E. loved her and we felt comfortable letting Tia guide the day for E. Tia was responsible, proactive, and deeply nurturing to E. while we were on the east coast. If we could bring her to California with us we absolutely would.
