About Tiersa

My name is Tiersa, and I have over 5. 5 years of experience in early childhood education. I have served as the Master Teacher for classrooms catering to children aged 6 weeks to 3 years, as well as a Lead Preschool/Pre-K Teacher for 2. 5 years and a Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher for 3 years. My most recent teaching position was as a Toddler Teacher for children aged 1 to 2 years, focusing on life skills, social-emotional learning, and early childhood development. Currently, I am the Director of a brand new Preschool Before and After Care program, where I oversee the preschool program development and ensure a nurturing environment for children ages 4-5. I have recently renewed my CPR and First Aid certifications and have completed extensive training in early childhood education. I also have reliable transportation. Due to my college schedule and secondary job, I am available most weekends and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on weekdays, though it may change due to school district closures.
