I only needed a medical procedure pickup but Tonisha was great. My communications to her were answered promptly. Tonisha picked me upon time despite her commute being slowed down by a road closing truck accident. She easily got me to the procedure location, waited in a nearby shopping center while it was being done and was in the waiting room ready to bring me home when it was over. We talked a bit on the drive and I would definitely hire her again if (when) I need more extensive help.
