I am so thankful that My Mother had an excellent team to take care of her in her last months on this Earth. Tracy was one of those team members. In fact Tracy was with me and one other team member in the room when my Mother left this Earth. My Mother had dementia and Tracy could see through the dementia to see the beautiful and kind person that my Mother was. If I had to do it all again, I would have Tracy there with us. I will forever be grateful to her
