About Tracy

I have 47 years experience in senior care. My focus is encouraging the senior to live a full rich life, assisting them to do the things they want to do safely and more easily. The last 40 years have been in one-on-one care primarily in the senior's home, but also accompanying them to doctors or hospital stays as well as travel needs or desires. I communicate with family members or medical staff with patient's prior permission. I have a Bachelor's degree in Medical Management and keep excellent records regarding incidents or medication dispensing. For the last 11 years I have been with one patient who was physically fragile. I assisted her in day trips for sightseeing, overnight stays to her home town and a week-long airline trip to visit family when she was 91 years old. I also assisted her with her end-of-life care, including a PEG tube and hospice. I have excellent references and an impeccable attendance record. Jobs must pay commensurate with my level of experience.
