Tsering (Yangkee) cared for my son for 3 years and he adored her. She was kind, patient and loving with him, and she taught him to be sweet, eat well, sleep well and she even taught him to potty train at 20 months! She is responsible, clean and extremely easy to work with, she felt like family.
