Experienced caregiver bringing 6 years of dedicated patient care in both facility and home environments. Assisted 6 patients with Alzheimer's at a time , in a senior home care , 24 hours shift with : - hygiene and exercise - monitored patient schedules , including doctor appointments, family visits , medications schedules etc. -I have a home care aid license , CPR / first aid trained / dementia training/ safety food certification . I've also been a preschool teacher for a year while in college -I worked for 6 months as a personal assistant for a guy with Down syndrome, and this might have been my favorite job as to date . I'm looking to leverage my passion and commitment to children, adult and geriatric patients ' , to contribute to their well -being and assure a better quality of life .
