A little bit about me: I spent my college years in Washington state and graduated from Western Washington University in 2022 with a double major focusing on art therapy for at-risk youth. Before moving back to California I spent a bit of time working at the Whatcom County Boys and Girls Club where I found myself as a "youth development professional" at their summer camp with a 20 : 1 ratio. It might sound chaotic, and while it was, I loved this work. I love working and interacting with kids, helping them to understand harder social subjects and tune into their emotions. While I do find working with kids to be extraordinarily fun and rewarding I also have a good understanding of the challenges this line of work can provide as well. I'm ready for it all! Some of my hobbies include: making art (open to all mediums), hiking, playing music, and learning something new. Please reach out with any questions or concerns. I look forward to meeting you!
