This could include taking an adult to an appointment, social visits with people who need companionship, running errands, etc. I started caring for seniors when I worked for Home Instead. I also worked with adults with disabilities through Charles River Center. In my spare time, I like to read, play board games, and do crafts such as homemade soap and embroidery. One thing you should know about me is I choose to wear a face mask when away from home; please don't take it personally.

I hired Valerie to help with household needs after my surgery. I have to say many on this site are not reliable, but Valerie is! She has excellent follow-up, showed up on time for the in-home visit and arrived as planned. She was incredibly helpful with things like laundry and simple cleaning that I.l cannot do myself. She is good at taking direction and always asking what she can do next. I have hired her for a few visits. If you need someone to help you or a loved one, you won’t go wrong with Valerie!
