Valerie is absolutely wonderful with my 76 year-old mother. She is personable, warm and very patient. She assists my mother with logistical tasks (purchasing and setting up new phone), bills, shopping, and appointments, and provides ample companionship. She is friendly and very likeable. We are blessed to have her helping my mother.
