I honestly don't even know where to start. Vanessa has literally become family to us! My (now) 2 yr old took to her the minute they met, and my eldest wants Vanessa all to herself. I've been demoted to second favorite :) I travel for work and I can breathe sighs of relief knowing Vanessa is there to take care of and love my kid(s) because above all else, she is dependable. She is patient, loving, fun and has taught my little one so much! We absolutely love her to pieces!
