I love working with babies! I have 5 children of my own. I know the importance in finding good quality people to be around your own children I strive to provide that for working families. To be reassured that your child is in good hands is such a relief. Being able to work with peace of mind is a great plus. Babies are so fun to teach and watch grow. My goal as a nanny is to help parents provide the best quality care in accordance to their standards and love for their child/ children. I'm a firm believer in respecting the families wishes when it comes to help raise their children. Always allowing room for giving advice when asked or needed and taking into consideration the parents wants for the little ones. I believe parents have the major / first role. I will communicate with parents to see what works best when it comes to their kids. My main focus is always on the children.
