About Vanessa

I have always love kids and I'm currently studying Biomedical Engineering. Having a younger sister, I am quite at ease with kids. For the past five years, I have been volunteering at a daycare center. I have been a volunteer teacher's assistant for four years now. I have experience watching kids from newborns to pre-teens. As a teaching assistant, I privately tutored, planning meals and fed the children, and taught hygiene and personal health. I have planned outdoor activities, as well as learning ones. I also have experience with special needs children, although I am not trained or certified. I love giving one-on-one time to children, but I'm also capable of dividing that attention among many kids. I've watched and supervised a classroom of 15 kids on many occasions. I am also fluent in English, French, and Spanish and I would be willing to tutor your child in any of these languages if you please. I can cook and I'm experienced with dietary restrictions and allergies. I can provide my own transportation and I have an excellent driving record. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, and don't do drugs. I would love to introduce your child to the arts, Math, and Sciences. I am an experienced tutor with a current GPA of 3.7.
