My previous childcare experiences include babysitting as well as being a counselor at overnight summer camp for several years. These experiences have meant so much to me and reinforced my desire to contribute to the growth and development of children as well as to make a positive impact on their lives. As a caregiver, I believe I am patient, fun, and creative. I love initiating games (indoor or outdoor!), helping with schoolwork, and creating a stimulating environment. Regarding communication and household rules, I intend on maintaining whichever methods and expectations allow you to feel most comfortable and supported. In addition to childcare, I can assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, etc. I have experience caring for more than one child at a time and experience working with special needs children as well. This rating is based off of Victoria's time with us in 2018 when she was still a teenager. We have had no contact with Victoria since that timeframe, so this may be a bit outdated as folks tend to change over the years as they mature.
