Victoria started working for us as a sitter when she was just 16. She very quickly became the only person we trusted with our boys (one of them is special needs). She would go outside with them and let just run and play, make them dinner, do a calming activity, and then have them in bed without issue. She just has something special that made them listen to her without question. Since then, we have recommended her to anyone who is looking for childcare. You can tell that her heart is invested, and she will truly take care of your children as if they are her own. Our boys are older now, so they no longer require a sitter, but we still keep contact with Victoria because she became family.
