About Victoria

I'd describe my personality as honest, creative, & patient Caring for children influences and challenges my creativity, giving us both an opportunity to benefit & grow. I enjoy working with children because of my ability to communicate with children & flexibility to meet different needs. My younger siblings are 15 & 13 years younger than me, so I had extensive experience throughout early stages of childhood. I worked at (SELF School) as a senior with children from the ages of 4-10 with varying disabilities. I am 100% non-judgmental. No matter how we are struggling, we are all struggling in some way. The best thing we can do is be there for each other & that's what I am here for! I am known to be very communicative with children & knowledgeable in accessing different needs. Patience is my second skill, it is extremely important in every aspect of caring for a child. My third skill special to child-care is playfulness. They need a caretaker that can keep up with them & be creative!
