My education and training make me an ideal candidate for any child care position. In my career, studying all aspects of child development I have become a serious and capable individual who is focused on the principles of optimal development of the whole child. I have gained insight into the importance of developing a supportive and respectful relationship with children, and a deep understanding of how this benefits both child, parents and child care provider. I am highly motivated and demonstrate excellent work standards, also I possess the ability to collaborate with others in an effective manner, promoting positivity and respect. During my time as a one to one special education tutor I learned quickly how to modify the curriculum to fit the child s needs. My additional background in early childhood special education has provided me with many opportunities to thoroughly learn about each child's individual needs.
