As a caregiver, my passion stems from my enriching experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of supporting families and providing reliable child care. My approach to caregiving is defined by patience, creativity, and a friendly demeanor that puts children at ease. I ensure open communication with parents, providing verbal updates at pickup and adapting to their preferred communication method. When it comes to household rules, I'm very comfortable enforcing them to ensure a safe and structured environment. With two years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time. My education includes some college, and I'm fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. The activities I enjoy with children range from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, as well as educational games that stimulate learning. Beyond caregiving, I can assist with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision.
