About Wendy

I am a compassionate individual with a social work background. For the past two years I have been assisting in the care of my father, who has Alzheimer's. Because he lives in a different state, I understand the need to find a loyal, trustworthy, patient, kind individual to care for those we love. I am seeking an opportunity to provide the same care for your loved one(s) that I expect for my father. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, patient, and trustworthy. I'm looking for a job that allows me to provide assistance to make the daily load less burdensome (for the recipient as well as their family). I am able to provide light meal prep, run errands, light housekeeping and companionship. In my spare time, I am a devoted stay at home mother of three, ranging in age from junior high to college age. I love fitness and outdoor activities: hiking, biking and kayaking. One thing you should know about me is I have some knowledge of ASL.
