I'd describe my personality as warm, bubbly, and curious! I like working with kids because it revives parts of my inner child. I've been working with children since I was a child myself. Since I was maybe 10 I've looked over my younger siblings and nephews all of the time! In my spare time, I like to draw, paint, anything crafty really! I also really enjoy baking. My skills include being able to communicate and understand a child's point of view. This goes hand in hand with deescalation. Being able to see a child's point of view and hear them out for what they are feeling helps me calm them if a breakdown or tantrum ever occurs. Another skill would be having many hobbies! Yesenia is a wonderful babysitter! She is reliable, very responsive, punctual, and plans her schedule ahead of time making her detail-oriented and very organized- two traits that greatly help me with my schedule. I know I can trust she will show up when I give her a date much in advance. My daughter had so much fun with her and I love how playful and patient she is. Yesenia is an amazing fit for our family needs and we are lucky to have found her!
