About Ava

Hi, my name is Ava. I have worked in a retirement home for three years. I was Direct Care Worker (DCW). In the facility I worked in, I was in charge of a specific hall of about 10 people and sometimes 10-20 people. I would have to get them ready for bed or get them ready for the depending on the shift I was working on. Along with that, I would transport them, get them dressed, show shaving, dental care, and pass medication for specified times (including narcotics-liquids or pill form), house cleaning, feeding, etc. I also have experience with working with those who have dementia and alzheimer.
