About Baysia

Hi, My name is Baysia. I am currently a student at Elmhurst University and I am majoring in psychology. I have 5 younger siblings, so I have a lot of experience with children ranging from newborns to preteens I'd describe my personality as caring, fun, and outgoing I'm looking for a job that is accessible, reliable, with open communication. I started working with kids when I was 11 babysitting for family friends. In my spare time, I like to draw, dance, make art, go on walks, and visit art museums. One thing you should know about me is I am very family oriented and value family very much. I also believe family is chosen so I treat everyone with the out most respect as anyone can become my family. My skills include helping kids communicate better, having patience, and allowing children to explore interests(aka doing and having activities that the children show interest in)
