About Cassidy

Hi my name is Cassidy, I am a senior at UMass Amherst in Massachusetts and I am about to complete a dual degree in Public Health (BS) and Spanish (BA). When not in class, I have spent much of my time caring for children. I like to read, sing and play card games. I am home for the summer and looking for work. I attended Rogers Park Montessori School for grade and middle school, and Regina Dominican for high school, an all-girls Catholic school. I have been a figure skater for 13+ years, including several years of competing. I have babysat for several children ages 1-12. The job(s) consisting of watching and entertaining the kids. In addition to babysitting, I have coached at my ice rink. The children I taught are 2+ years old. My favorite classes to teach were the ones that consisted of "tots," or the youngest children, ages 2-4. I enjoy spending time with children because they look at the world with such joy and enthusiasm. Making it hard to not be happy when you're around them.
