About Hannah

I have never left a review on Care and I hope I never have to write one like this again. Hannah was actually a lovely caregiver for our child; however, she called out (sick/injured/family emergency) about 3 of 5 days a week for the entire six weeks we employed her, making her completely unreliable for our family. We tried to work with her and her life situation, but she continued to promise she would show up for her nannying position and then, at the very last minute, would text me to tell us she would be absent (right before my spouse and I were about to start a full day of work meetings). If you are a family with two working parents that needs reliable childcare, Hannah is not the right nanny for you. She is wonderful with children but she is not someone who families can rely on for regular, dependable, childcare. Hannah sent me a text today letting me know she was quitting due to family issues, effective tomorrow. We have no back up childcare and no family in the area to help us, so this has a substantial impact on my family's well being and ability to survive. I wish Hannah the best, but I am leaving this review so no other families have to endure the stress and heartbreak she has put my family through. Children come first, and this caregiver needs to work through some of her own life problems before she can become a reliable provider of childcare services. Our 2.5 year old daughter doesn't understand why she won't come back so now we have to go console a crying toddler.
