Jess has been our full-time nanny for two years now and has been a daily blessing in our lives. She is absolutely essential to the day-to-day functioning of our family and is a critical part of our parenting team. Jess takes care of our three kids (currently ages 8, 3.5 and 1.5) with more ease and calm than we can manage most days :) She is incredibly creative and artistic, coming up with amazing projects that all the kids participate in. She loves taking the kids out on adventures, whether to new playgrounds, the library, or other recreational outings. But most of her time is spent living the "daily grind" alongside us - school pick ups, drop offs, feeding kids meals, keeping them clean and safe and entertained while also doing so much for our household (dishes, laundry, errands, etc.). Plus she loves on our dog, who has gotten a lot less attention than she used to with the addition of each child. My wife and I look at each other nearly every day and say "Thank goodness for Jess" because we are just so grateful that she is a part of our and our kids' (and our) lives.
