About Linnea

Greetings! Linnéa here, a recent transplant to L. A! I love working with children of all ages and would love to get to know your family! Like many young folks, I began babysitting during high school for several family friends and family members. It was also during this time that I began to volunteer as a teaching assistant for several children's theatre camps through the Duluth Playhouse, in Duluth, MN. It was through this organization that I became involved with Stage Play, a local project that sought to introduce theatre to children with autism. Upon moving to New York City for college, I began nannying in earnest, working with three families over a span of five years. I've cared for children ages 0-8, and worked to uphold a positive environment with emphasis on creative play, artistic engagement, and mindfulness. I truly love the families I've worked with over the years, and really enjoy getting to know each child's unique (and often very amusing) perspective.
