Do you or your loved one need assist navigating through a chronic illness? Does your loved one have medical appts that you are unable to attend or get them to? I have 18 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist with a passion of working with the geriatric population maximizing their safety and independence in their home. I have found a significant need for ongoing (long term) assistance, advocacy and therapy in people's homes that is not covered by insurance. I am offering my services, my skills and my support as an advocate for your loved one and as private physical therapist. I can offer ongoing physical therapy, assist with coordination of care, managing medication, assisting in/out of home safely, attending and making necessary MD appts and updating family and even meal planning. I am dedicated, compassionate, kind, patient and ready to assist you or your loved one.
