About Megan

Hello! I have been working as a nanny for over 15 years with different families, both long term and short term. I am looking for part time childcare positions. I have years of experience with newborns up to 14 yrs and enjoy being active with them and doing lots of different activities such as going on walks, sensory play, parks/playgrounds, zoos, museums, libraries, sing-a-longs, sports, arts and crafts, baking, but also providing down time too; I think it's important for kids to be engaged with different activities and have balance. Above all, it is most important that kids are provided with a safe, joyful, and loving environment in which they can thrive in! I love to cook and prepare healthy snacks/meals for kids and families. I also believe in open communication with parents and children and work hard to create an environment where the kids feel happy and safe to talk about anything that they are feeling. I am happy to provide recommendations as needed.
