About Michaela

Thank you for considering me for this position! I look forward to hopefully working together! I can start ASAP! I have 15 years of experience of caring for children. I worked multiple years as a sleep away camp counselor. I lead the art program and worked with children of all ages. I also worked as a preschool teacher. In 2015 I graduated with my masters in social work with a focus on children and families. I worked as an elementary school social worker and case manager. In the last 4 years I have worked with a child care staffing agency. I have experience with caring for multiple children at a time ages 3 months and up. I can provide multiple references. I live in Capitol Hill. I am creative, enthusiastic and patient. I prioritize working closely with families to ensure I meet expectations of care. I am open to part and full time positions. I have a car and am comfortable driving. I am open to light housekeeping, transporting kiddos and pet care.
